Are you currently a Carer for a Vulnerable person?

Those who look after others, often forget to take time out for themselves. Self-care isn't selfish, it is essential to ensure you have the capacity to help others!

Join us to hear from past participants on the Healthcare Opportunities for Women Programme who are now working as Healthcare assistants. This webinar is open to all carers, employed, voluntary or those caring for family members and it will highlight the importance of self-care for carers as well as providing information on options for employment and education.
