Led by Neil O'Brien, Pricing Strategist and business consultant, this session will provide a straightforward framework to help you confidently set your prices, understand your true value and improve your business profitability.

Whether you're starting out, reviewing your pricing or finding it difficult to charge what your products or services are worth, this workshop will give you practical tools and strategies that you can implement immediately.

About the Speaker

Neil O'Brien is a business consultant whose sole aim is growing the profits of business owners. He has developed specific templates that help business owners set their prices at the correct level. 

Before establishing his consultancy, Neil spent 15 years as a management accountant working in Ireland, the UK and the USA with companies including EMC and Pfizer. He has worked with businesses across many sectors, including craft businesses, accountants, engineers and government agencies.

Neil is also the author of 101 Business Lessons From a Recovering Accountant.

Drawing on experience working with more than 260 businesses across Ireland, Neil will share simple pricing templates and practical advice to help you retain existing clients while confidently attracting new ones.
