Staying Well - Mental Health Booklet Launch

Recognising the importance of accessible support, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the Staying Well Booklet. This comprehensive guide provides information about the wide range of supports available and is an invaluable practical support for local community services, professionals, individuals and family members in the North Cork area.

• Starting Time: 11 am - 1 pm (Join us for tea and coffee starting at 10:30 am.)

The booklet will be launched by members of Fermoy, Mallow and Mitchelstown Community Networks.

In addition, we are to have John Lonergan, the former governor of Mountjoy Prison, community advocate, and published author, deliver the keynote address. His insights and experiences promise to enrich the conversation and inspire all attendees.
