As part of Enterprise week 2022, Ballyhoura Development with the support of Limerick Local Enterprise Office delivered supports to 24 business start-ups across the Ballyhoura region.

The year 2022 has provided businesses with an opportunity to re-focus in a post-pandemic world and to look forward to a fresh start.

The business start-ups from across the region took part in two workshops, Business Idea Generation delivered by Tom O' Leary and Tax & the Self-Assessment System delivered by Marian McDonald, during the week of 7th to 11th of March.

During National Enterprise week Ballyhoura Development also launched their initial schedule of supports for entrepreneurs and business start-ups. The training schedule includes a combination of both in-person and online events and focuses on a broad range of priority areas including Sales, Marketing and Branding, Using Social Media Effectively and Moving and Maintaining a Strong Online presence for Business.

Ballyhoura Development also offers mentoring supports and Start Your Own Business supports to entrepreneurs and new start-ups. As well as a tailored programme of supports for Female Entrepreneurs.
