Revive - Renew - Restart Programme Give yourself the gift of a fresh start and outlook for New Year 2021 Has your career, life or business been affected by recent events? Are you trying to puzzle all the pieces together, but feel there is one piece missing? Are you struggling to identify your skills for new career paths? The Revive - Renew - Restart Programme is here to help! 2020 has been a year of tremendous change and uncertainty across the entire globe. The emergence of the Covid-19 virus and it’s spread across the world, resulting in numerous restrictions, changes in work practices, social norms around interactions, lack of a social outlet, loss of income and business turnover, and also significant impacts on people’s wellbeing, sense of direction, the capacity to cope and financial security. Starting on the 21st January 2021 the Revive - Renew - Restart Programme is designed to help to increase an understanding of how change can impact us, what resilience is, recognise how it can be cultivated to help and guide us on our journey to find a new career or business path. The programme will be run twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10am until 12.30pm starting on Thursday 21st January with the last session on Tuesday 16th February 2021. Who is the Revive-Renew-Restart for? The Programme is designed for people who lost their career, business or direction in their professional journey due to recent events. It is built around the need to search and explore all possibilities and opportunities that are out there unseen and build a set of practical tools and techniques to find them. The aim is to deliver a programme based on Personal Effectiveness, Resilience, Positive Psychology, Personal Skills Assessment, Practical Action Planning & Career Guidance in order to support those who find themselves at a decision-making point in their lives. What is the outcome? By the end of this Programme, the participants will: Increase their understanding of how change can impact us. Identify where are the Opportunities 'that suit me'. Have an understanding of what resilience is and recognise how it can be cultivated to help in current times. Be more aware of their individual strengths and abilities. Avail of tools and techniques for personal time management. Have learned the importance of positive self-talk and beliefs. Have created a personal vision, set goals and created an action plan for moving forward. Have identified their individual skillset including transferrable skills. Explored how their skills and resources could be presented to potential employers and/or utilised in different contexts.
