The rural nature of the tourism ecosystem means that tourism providers and social enterprises vary widely in terms of experience, scale, digital capability and market readiness. Success in this role will require not only bringing your own expertise, but also a strong focus on building capacity across the region—supporting businesses and communities to strengthen their tourism product, enhance their storytelling, and effectively use digital and marketing channels.
